From 20 till 26 April 2007 On the occasion of the 37-th anniversary of the independence of the Principality H.R.H. Prince LEONARD was interviewed by Christopher VAUDOU (HRBS).
On March 20, 2007 Mister Farouk A. EID, named Special Envoy of the Principality, is charged with a special mission near the State of Liberia with the aim of the opening of Consular Relations between two countries.
On December 17 and 18, 2006 The Foreign Affairs Vice Minister of the Principality of Hutt River, H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET, makes a Diplomatic visit to the Republic of Benin and notably he meet new Minister of Health together with the Consul General of the Principality in Benin H.E. Sir Yamoudé KEREKOU.
On December 15, 2006 Mister Justin Magloire NZOLOUFLOUA, named Special Envoy of the Principality is charged with a special mission near the State of Congo with the aim of the opening of Consular Relations between two countries.
On December 12, 2006 Under assistance of the Foreign Affairs Vice-Minister of the Principality, the Laboratory PHARMA concept HRP Pty Ltd signed an agreement of sub contracting with a Laboratory of the Group UMALINE for the production of phytothérapies's products.
On November 30, 2006 Mister Antonio SEMERANO named Special Envoy of the Principality, is charged with a mission near the State of Seychelles with the aim of the opening of a Diplomatic Mission .
On October 21, 2006
H.E. Lady Rose MORVAN, Consul in Côte d'Ivoire, accompanied by the Vice Minister of the Foreign Affairs of the Principality of Hutt River H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET, sponsors the ceremony of investiture of the chief of village of the Municipality of Kotabliéoua in presence of the President of General council of Soubré, Mister Sylvain MIAKA, and local Authorities of the Ivory Coast. Hutt River's consulate notably donated computer material.
On October 5, 2006 Madam Ghaida ALCHIBANI ALNAHLAWI, named Special Envoy of the Principality, is charged with a special mission near the State of the Syrian Republic to prepare the opening of Consular Relations between two countries.
On September 29, 2006 H.R.H. Prince LEONARD asks for assistance to the president of the French republic, H.E. Mister Jacques CHIRAC, in considering the historic fact of the taking possession of the territory of Western Australia by the French State who was claimed in name of French King Louis XV by François-Allesno de St Allouarn in 1772.

H.R.H. Prince LEONARD send his letter of August 21, 2006 to the President of the French republic, H.E. Mister Jacques CHIRAC, with the aim of a sponsoring of the French State for the membership of the Principality in the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF).
On September 11, 2006 H.R.H. Prince LEONARD send his letter of August 21, 2006 of demand of ISO Codes for the Principality to the Leader of the Section of the Terminology and the Reference of the UNO.
On August 16, 2006 Mister Marc HIMPE, named Special Envoy of the Principality, is charged with a special mission near the Belgian State to study the opening of Consular Relations between two countries.

  • The candidature of the Principality in the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF)
  • The demand of ISO Codes of the Principality to the Leader of the section of the terminology and the reference of the UNO

On August 5, 2006 Mister Jean Denis AMOUSSOU, named Special Envoy of the Principality is charged with a special mission near the State of the Gabun to prepare the opening of Consular Relations between two countries.

On April 6, 2006 The Vice Minister of Foreign affairs of the Principality, in the name of H.R.H. Prince LEONARD, congratulates the new President of Benin, Mister Thomas Yayi BONI, for its election also while congratulating past President, H.E. Mister Mathieu KEREKOU, to have organized an democratic election.
On March 5, 2006 Mister Bernard Julien ROBESCO, named Special Envoy of the Principality is charged with a special mission near the State of Sri Lanka to study the opening of Consular Relations between two countries.
On March 7, 2006 Mister Youssouf CISSE, named Special Envoy of the Principality, is charged with a special mission near the Malian State to study the opening of Consular Relations between two countries.
On February 7, 2006 Sir K MALLIKARJUNA Alias Ajurn K. NAIR named Special Envoy of the Principality is charged with a special mission near the Indian State to study the opening of Consular Relations between two countries.

From 7 till 12 January 2006 The Foreign Affairs Vice Minister of the Principality of Hutt River H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET makes a Diplomatic visit to the Republic of Benin and he meet the Foreign secretary together with the Consul General of the Principality in Benin, H.E. Mister Yamoudé KEREKOU, to propose notably a project of protocol concerning the obligation of mutual visa.
In December 10, 2005  H.E.M. Yamoude KEREKOU receives his exequatur as Honorary Consul General of the Principality of Hutt River in Benin signed on November 29, 2005.
In November 17, 2005 Foreign Affairs Vice Minister of the Principality of Hutt River H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET supports the inventor of VIRALGIC® Doctor Jean Pierre RAVENEAU and assists him in his search for subcontractors outside France in connection with the Laboratory created to Hutt River.
In November 16, 2005 The Cabinet of the Republic of Benin in the session of November 16, 2005 approves Mr. Yamoude KEREKOU's appointment as (Honorary) Consul General of the Principality of Hutt River in Benin.
In November  8, 2005 S.E.M. Romano RAAD ambassador of the Principality of Hutt River is received by the President of the Republic of the Lebanon H.E. Emile LAHOUD. In this occasion, he delivers him a message from the Prince Léonard.

  • study of the new Constitution and projects of Treaty and Agreement with Australia,
  • study of the bill wearing creation of an unique tax based on the financial movements of bank accounts opened by the nationals taken up residence in the Principality, 
  • Ø manufacture of medals, flags and secure passports.

H.R.H. Prince Léonard, after Government consultation, have given his supports for appointment of Mr. Marc DEHERDT as delegate of Hutt River Petanque Federation (HRPPF) to the General Assembly of the International Federation foreseen in September 2, 2005 in Brussels.

June 17, 2005 In the actual presence of Foreign Affairs Vice Minister, Sir Edmond SUCHET , Director of the Pharmacy, Doctor LEPIRA of the School of Health, and the various actors of the fight against HIV AIDS in Democratic Republic of Congo met in the office of the Direction of the PNLS in Kinshasa with the Inventor of VIRALGIC® Doctor in pharmacy and biologist Jean Pierre RAVENEAU, doctor Henri CHENAL Director of CIRBA, and Doctor in Pharmacy Serge Eric TREE assistant professor in COCODY's University in Côte d'Ivoire.
Doctor Henri CHENAL, Director of the CIRBA (MONTAGNIER foundation in Abidjan) presented results at the end of 12 months of attempt of the VIRALGIC® which he steered.
In conclusion, the attempts of Abidjan on the VIRALGIC® come to confirm attempts made in the other countries of Africa and to confirm the contribution in the health service.
During this scientific meeting, links weaved among the participants with the promise of a cooperation between the CIRBA of Abidjan and the Institutions of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

In June 9, 2004 Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET and H.E. Madam Rose MORVAN Consul in Republic of Côte d'Ivoire received the renewal of their Diplomatic Visa for the Democratic Republic of Congo.
With the aim of Round Table organized in Kinshasa with the various actors of the fight against HIV AIDS in Democratic Republic of Congo the speakers Doctors Henri CHENAL and Serge Eric TREE also received in Abidjan of the visas of courtesy as well as Doctor Jean Pierre RAVENEAU in Paris.
In May 27, 2005 National Management of the Pharmacy and the Laboratory ( DNPL) of Guinea grants the license of import and distribution of the VIRALGIC in Guinea.

The celebration of the 35-th anniversary of the Independence of the Principality took place according to the program foreseen during the weekend of April 23 and 24.

13 on April 16, 2005 Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET receives a new Diplomatic Visa of the Republic of Benin within the framework of the pursuit of his Special Mission with the Authorities of this Country.
Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET is received warmly by the Director of the Administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Benin and handed him a verbal note concerning the request of approval for mister Yamoudé KERECOU's appointment as Consul de Hutt River for Benin.
23 on March 28, 2005 Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET met His Excellence Alcyde DJEJE ambassador, Diplomatic Councillor of the President of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire for a friendly visit.
At request of S.A.R. the Prince Leonard, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET received regional representing Mister Hamed SOUARE of South African Airways ( SAA) with the aim of a collaboration with the Principality with regards to the development of tourist exchanges between the two Continents for the brilliance of our Principality.
Madam Clotilde OHOUOCHI, Minister of the Solidarity of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire and Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sir Edmond SUCHET, reviewed the program which they introduced together with the VIRALGIC.
In March 20, 2005 handed Report of VIRALGIC clinical attempt realized by the Doctor CHENAL of the CIRBA in ABIDJAN.
In March 18, 2005 Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET receives a new Diplomatic Visa of the Democratic Republic of Congo within the framework of the pursuit of his Special Mission with the Authorities of this Country.
18 on February 24, 2005 Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET reviewed with the Doctor Henri CHENAL Director of the CIRBA in ABIDJAN the clinical attempt of the VIRALGIC for the patients affected by viruses HIV-AIDSs.
12 on February 15, 2005 Vice Minister of Health H.E. Mister Aziz KUMBI met S.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and gave him his Councillor to tie up contacts with various actors of the Ministry of Health charged with the pandemic HIV-SIDA. The principle of the organization of a Round Table of experts and a meeting presentation of the VIRALGIC, is reserved.
The Minister of the Foreign Business Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Congo received Vice Minister of the Foreign Affairs of the Principality H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET together with Madam Consul Evelyn ELIAM within the framework of a working session.
29 on January 31, 2005 Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET met in Abidjan our Consul anticipated near the Republic of Togo to review the promotion of this file.
December 27th to 30th, 2004 H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET, met IVORY COAST Authorities from the Ministry for FOREIGN AFFAIRS for implementation of safety measures so as to allow the safe return of our Consul, H.E. Rose MORVAN.
Besides, Sir Edmond was able to oversee treatments of patients concerned by HIV viruses and taken care of by CIRBA in ABIDJAN.
December 18th to 21st, 2004 H.E. Sir Aziz KUMBI, Vice-Minister for Health of Democratic Republic of CONGO received H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs to inform him of delivery of “ marketing authorization” for VIRALGIC.
Both should meet again very soon so as to organize meetings with doctors and laboratories.
Besides this official meeting, many contacts were tied.

December 7th, 2004 H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET, received new Diplomatic Visa from Republic
of CENTRAL AFRICA for 6 months to go in the framework of Special Mission in this country.
November 19th, 2004 H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs and H.E. Miss Evelyn ELIAM, Consul General, received both a new Diplomatic visa from Democratic Republic of CONGO within the framework of Special Mission in CONGO.
November 7th, 2004 In IVORY COAST, our Consul, H.E. Mrs Rose MORVAN was robbed and physically attacked in her residence. She was freed and released by IVORY COAST Authorities and then driven to the apartment of a local friend; finally she was taken care of by FRENCH CONSULATE and then flown back to FRANCE.
Our Vice-Consul, H.E. Sir Pierre-Michel BUONO was able to remain in IVORY COAST and assume permanence.
September 17th to 20th, 2004

H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET, Vice- Minister for Foreign Affairs is cordially received by H.E. Sir Rogatien BIAOU, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Republic of BENIN and informs H.E. of HUTT RIVER caritative intentions concerning humane conditions. In this effect, H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET requests Consul installation with COTONOU.
Concerning actions in relation with HIV’s patients, Sir Edmond SUCHET has been received by H.E. Miss Yvette Celine SEIGNON-KANDISSOUNON, Minister for Health.
September 16th, 2004 H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET obtains Diplomatic Visa From Republic of BENIN, in the framework of Special Mission in this country.
August 20th to 30th, 2004 H.R.H. Prince LEONARD celebrated his Birthday in family at NAIN and with H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET.
In NAIN, HUTT RIVER PRINCIPALITY Government under Presidency of H.R.H. Prince LEONARD, had several working sessions with H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET in relation with :
- Actual situation of HUTT RIVER Diplomatic and Consular Missions in the World.
- Studies concerning regional projects (mapping and on location)
- Proposals concerning industrial and various services.
- Updating of our actions in relation with treatment of patients carrying VIH viruses and using VIRALGIC for therapy.
- Actual situation of our agricultural projects concerning poorest populations.
After Government consultation, HRH Prince LEONARD, signed several decrees in relation with :
- Bidding concerning creation of a TELECOM COMPANY based in HUTT RIVER PRINCIPALITY and charging H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET to start discussions with investors.
- Creation of a Company whose name “Hutt River One Line” would create Internet addresses for HUTT RIVER citizens and for postal domiciliation for resident citizens, in accordance with HUTT RIVER Post Office.
- Promulgation of the “HUTT RIVER International Business Companies Act (IBC).
In accordance with IBC, residents and citizens from HRP, and from the Commonwealth of AUSTRALIA, are not permitted to have any interest or control in a HRP IBC, or do business through a HUTT RIVER IBC in either country.
August 5th to 6th, 2004 H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET went to COTONOU in BENIN for resuming of an official contact.
July 17th to 20th, 2004 During several meetings, H.E. Sir Aziz KUMBI, Vice-Minister for Health of Democratic Republic of CONGO, received H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of H.R.P.
H.E. Sir Aziz KUMBI, is very interested in early treatment by VIRALGIC for patients carrying VIH viruses.
Both are intending to meet again as soon as ”Marketing Authorization” for VIRALGIC is obtained.
Via Verbal Note, H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET, has requested H.E. the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Democratic Republic of CONGO, the opening for Consular Relations between both countries.
Sir Edmond SUCHET suggests that Miss Evelyn ELIAM be designated as Consul General.
In margin of this Official Visit, contacts were made so as to start implementation for an agricultural project for livestock food.
June 22, 2004 The Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET and H.E. Miss Rose MORVAN " Consul in Côte d'Ivoire " received each a Diplomatic Visa of the Democratic Republic of Congo within the framework of a Special Mission with the Authorities of this Country with the aim of an action which they are going to lead in R.D.C. for the patients affected with the AIDS.
June 1, 2004 The Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET and H.E. Mister Christian GIBELIN-BOYER "charge d'Affaires" received each a Diplomatic Visa of the Republic of Madagascar within the framework of a Special Mission with the Authorities of this Country.
April 29, 2004 On the occasion of the passage in Paris, Minister of Health H.E. M Yagi SITOLO of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo ( R.D.C;) met Vice Minister H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET within the framework of an action which they are going to lead in RDC for the patients affected by the HIV / AIDS.
April 21, 2004 The celebration of the 34-th anniversary of the independence of the principality ended in a lunch reuniting all the members of the Government and the family of the Prince.
During commemoration for the 34th Anniversary of Independence of HUTT RIVER PRINCIPALITY, Doctor Jean-Pierre RAVENEAU, Pharmacologist and Biologist, was elevated to the rank of “Knight Commander of the Royal Order” (KCRO) by His Royal Highness, Prince LEONARD.
Doctor Jean-Pierre RAVENEAU is inventor of herbal medicine treatment for HIV.
April 19 and 20, 2004 H.R.H.. Prince Leonard had, in NAIN, several working sessions with his Vice - Minister H.E. Edmond SUCHET and with his High Personal Representative the Ambassador H.E. Andre FAGES.
February 5, 2004 By verbal note, the Vice Minister of the Foreign Affairs of the Principality, H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET, asked to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Central African Republic, opening Consular Relations and agreement for Mister Libanga MAKONDE choice to exercise the responsibility of Consul general.
January 23, 2004 The General Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Senegal Republic received the Vice-Minister of the Foreign Affairs of Hutt River Principality, H.E. Sir Edmond SUCHET in DAKAR. A demand of opening of Consular Relations was registered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Senegal.
November 17,2003 H.E. Edmond SUCHET and H.E. M. Christophe VAUDOU “Chargé d’Affaire", both received each a Diplomatic Visa for Senegal Republic with the aim of a Special Mission near the authorities of this country.
September 10, 2003 All members of the Special Diplomatic Mission in Republic of Côte d'Ivoire consisting of their Excellences Rose MORVAN, Armande BERGER, Pierre Michel BUONO and Edmond SUCHET, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs each received  a Diplomatic Visa valid for two years to achieve this Mission.
August 27, 2003 H.R.H. the Prince LEONARD celebrated his birthday in family and together with H.E. Edmond SUCHET and Rose MORVAN.
At this occasion, H.E. Edmond SUCHET handed to H.R.H. the Prince LEONARD a computer equipped with an Internet connection offered and some donators of himself.

August 8, 2003 H.E. M. Christophe VAUDOU “Chargé d’Affaire” has received the Visa for Guinea Bissau Republic with the aim of a Special Mission near the authorities of this country.

 The General Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Gabon received in working session with his co-workers with the aim of the opening of Diplomatic Relations, the Vice- Minister of the Foreign Affairs of the Principality of Hutt River H.E. M. Edmond SUCHET accompanied with H.E. M. André FAGES.

April 11, 2003 The Integrated Center of Bioclinical Searches for Abidjan ( CIRBA) foundation World of Search and Prevention AIDS steered by the Doctor Henri CHENAL, submits four protocols of study on the VIRALGIC and the HEPALGIC to H.E. M. SUCHET who obtains the agreement of the Laboratory and is looking for his financing of it.
February 23, 2003 Within the framework of the charitable actions of the Principality of Hutt River, Miss Clotilde OHOUOCHI, Minister of the Solidarity, Health and Social Security of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, gives her agreement to H.E. M. Edmond SUCHET for a program of care of the patients of the HIV / AIDS by an alicament phytotherapy " VIRALGIC " and to look for its financing.
January 25, 2003 H.E. the ambassador of  the Central African Republic to Americas, Mister Emmanuel TOUABOY, received in a private visit H.E. M. Edmond SUCHET accompanied with H.E. Miss Rose MORVAN in WASHINGTON.
January 7, 2003 H.E. M. Edmond SUCHET, Ambassador of the Principality of Hutt River “Envoyé Spécial” in Côte d'Ivoire and Vice-Minister accompanied by H.E. the Consul general Miss Rose MORVAN were received by H.E. the President of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire Mister Laurent GBAGBO on private audience.
H.E. M. Edmond SUCHET declared to bring his support for the people of Côte d'Ivoire in this terrible test and to work, as much as possible, in the improvement of the conditions of life of the natives of Côte d'Ivoire by the contribution of new technologies.
Besides, he handed to H.E. the President, a request for the opening of  Diplomatic Relations between the Principality and the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
